Fallen Earth Volunteer Programs.
We would like to introduce the Fallen Earth Volunteer programs. We have three different programs available to our players that are interested in helping others on their own time. Each volunteer program is designed to help the team isolate issues more quickly. Volunteers that would like to apply should have a good knowledge of Fallen Earth and have been in testing phase for a minimum of 1 month. There is a brief description about each program below along with instructions on how to apply.
Hazmat Team Volunteer
Hazmat Team Volunteers is a volunteer program where members help with player support. The Hazmat Team Volunteers specialize in helping players, new and old with any questions or problems they may have. Volunteers would greet new players, answer any questions and welcome new clones to the world of Fallen Earth. The Fallen Earth staff will also be present to aid in moderation, support and answering questions if needed.
Volunteer applicants should have an extensive knowledge of Fallen Earth and do well under pressure. Volunteers should also have good communication skills and a sense of humor. Just remember, you’re not only a volunteer, you’re also the face of humanity in this desolate and sometimes lawless world!
Decontamination Team Volunteer
The Fallen Earth team would like to extend an invitation to players to join the Decontamination volunteer program. Unlike the normal beta testers these volunteers would assist the Fallen Earth Staff in ensuring releases are bug free, exploits are quickly identified and excluded, and any other problems are eradicated prior to release patches. These unique individuals think outside of the box and not only seek out and report on bugs and issues in Fallen Earth but also help to find reproducible steps for other bugs that have been reported.
Volunteers would be required to follow strict reporting and conduct guidelines when participating in this program. Full documentation and/or special site access will be sent to volunteers provided they have been approved for cloning.
Recon Team Volunteer
Recon Team Volunteers are the team leads that volunteer their free time and are the communicators for all things related to professions and skills in Fallen Earth. The Recon Volunteers will be the experts in each individual area, not from reading about it, but from doing it. The primary goal of a Recon Team volunteer is to understand and articulate the challenges and issues facing their profession. Volunteers will also be required to write reports when asked by the Fallen Earth team. These volunteers will assist the Fallen Earth team in ensuring that the game is balanced, stable and a fun gaming environment.
